Hi, I’m Adam, the founder of SilverTech IT Solutions.
I started SilverTech after watching my dad struggle with everyday technology. Things that should have been simple, like using a computer, checking email, or staying safe online, often became frustrating and stressful for him. What bothered me most was seeing how often people were rushed, talked down to, or charged too much for basic help.
I wanted to offer something better.
SilverTech focuses on patient, respectful, in home tech support for seniors and everyday users. I take the time to explain things clearly, fix problems the right way, and make sure you actually feel comfortable using your technology.
Whether it is speeding up a computer, setting up a new device, converting VHS tapes to DVD, or helping protect you from scams, my goal is simple. I want technology to feel easier and less overwhelming.
